The platform

The full shelf flow in one space.

Automate builds planograms, Test validates them against rules, Grow sizes the revenue gaps. Enter product, sales, and equipment data once. All three modules read from it.

01 · Automate

Your planogram, ready in two minutes.

Set the category, fixture, and channel. The engine reads your sales and product data, allocates facings by golden shelf, and hands back a planogram you can export or adjust on the spot.

  • Facings sized by demand, margin, and pack format
  • Golden shelf assignment and flow direction applied automatically
  • Revenue and profit estimated on every run
  • Export to PDF or JSON; drag-and-drop to refine

02 · Test

Every violation flagged with a position and a reason.

Check a planogram against your category rules before anything reaches a store. Compare two layouts side by side, or share one with shoppers over a link.

  • Each violation tagged with shelf and position reference
  • Side-by-side comparison across violations, fill rate, and hero SKU share
  • Shopper test link shareable without a login

03 · Grow

Where the shelf leaves demand unserved, sized in weekly revenue.

Fraimora scores the gap between what demand signals and what the shelf actually covers, then ranks each move by its revenue impact. The output is formatted for category reviews.

  • Missed-opportunity score with the evidence behind each line
  • Zone verdicts: area, recommended action, value per week
  • Retailer constraints applied: must-list coverage and share caps
  • Store archetypes, shopper attention, and availability read as additional layers

How it works

Four steps from data to export.

Layout and calculation happen inside the same workspace as your data input. What used to leave for a spreadsheet and come back in three days runs here in under two minutes.

01

Connect your data

Sales, product data and equipment specs (Excel/CSV, Images). You can also start on built-in demo data.

02

Configure the run

Category, brand, pricing group, fixture geometry, channel, flow direction, POSM. Every filter is optional except the category.

03

Generate

The engine allocates facings, applies golden shelf rules, and validates the result. Under two minutes, with revenue and profit estimated.

04

Export and share

PDF for the field, JSON for your systems, a shareable link for sign-off.

Clarity forCategory management

Same platform, same data. What changes is the question each team brings to the shelf.

Category management

From manual crunching to strategic work.

The heavy lifting of data analysis is automated. Insights land as a margin-optimised layout instead of a slide you still have to draw.

  • Facings sized by demand, margin and pack format
  • Golden shelves and flow direction applied on every run
  • Re-run the category as often as the data changes
Sales & KAM

Win negotiations with data-backed layouts.

Walk into a category review with a visual shelf and a number next to every proposal — including the retailer constraints you had to work around.

  • Zone verdicts: the area, the action, the money
  • Must-list and share caps applied, not ignored
  • Export the shelf as PDF for the meeting
Marketing

Turn brand vision into shelf reality.

Validate how a launch or a seasonal block actually sits on the fixture, before the field spends a week proving it does not.

  • Compare two layouts side by side
  • Seasonal and listing opportunities surfaced with a size
  • Shopper tests over a shareable link
Perfect store

Flawless execution across every format.

One set of always-current guidelines per fixture and channel, so the field force stops improvising from a 40-page PDF.

  • A layout per fixture geometry and channel
  • Validation catches what would fail in store
  • PDF and JSON exports for the field and your systems

FAQ

Questions.

01How long does it take to generate a planogram?
Under a minute from the moment you press Generate. Analysis, facing allocation, layout and validation all happen in that window.
02What data do we need to start?
At minimum: SKUs with dimensions and pack format, and your fixture specs. Sales data and category insights improve ranking quality but do not block a first run — you can also start on built-in demo data.
03What are the upload limits?
Up to 10 files per session (.xlsx, .xls, .csv), up to 50,000 rows and 25 MB per file, 100 MB per upload. SKU images load in bulk as a .zip and match on SKU code — up to 3,000 per client, JPEG or PNG, minimum 800 px.
04Can we adjust the result after generation?
Yes. Drag and drop products, exclude specific SKUs, change the fixture or the golden shelves, and re-run as many times as you need. Every run is versioned.
05How is this different from other solutions?
Existing tools help you draw a planogram manually — the analysis and the design are still yours. Fraimora produces the whole output: analysis, layout, validation and export in one step.
06Where does our data live?
Cloud deployment in a licensed commercial data centre, in the region your contract specifies. Access is through the browser with nothing to install, and the platform is designed so that your data stays under your control.
07We already have a process. How does this fit in?
Fraimora slots into the workflow you have. Most teams start by removing the repetitive parts — data prep, facing maths, redrawing — and keep their own review and approval steps unchanged.
08What does support look like?
Business days, 9:00–18:00 local time. A critical failure gets a response within 2 working hours and a target resolution of 4. Important issues: 2 working hours to respond, 2 working days to resolve. Medium and low severity: 1 working day to respond.

Weeks of work, done in minutes.

Tell us the category you want to start with, and we come back with a pilot plan.
